Manhattan Commercial Painter

Of all the perks and bennies a company may offer its staff, a neat, clean, freshly painted, bright work space practically tops the charts. Study after study reveals that employees enjoy enhanced concentration and productivity in comfortable work quarters. The company which contacted us was moving its offices to another address and wanted it to be really nice for the move-in. The timing was short. The need was now. The job was big - like eight conference rooms plus office space.

It was a tight squeeze on the clock, but we pulled together the team, and they pulled together the gear, supplies, equipment, paints, ladders, brushes, rollers, drop cloths and more. In reality, we fit right in as the Flatiron District is a commercial version of life in the fast lane. Anchored by Union Square and known for its food, art, drink and the original Shake Shack, Flatiron does not slow down much even on weekends. It emits an energetic vibe and a zest for work life and home life among its high rises, parks and diversified activities and performances.

Manhattan New Construction Painter

There’s always a thrill in beginning something new – a job, a project, a school year. And with that enthusiasm comes the motivation to start off on the right foot, to do things well from the outset. Yet, as the humdrum of activity drones on, it’s easy to let things slide, and finishing well may take a back seat to simply finishing. This family bought a newly constructed home to discover that only primer had been put on the interior, no finish paint coats at all. Surprise!

Well, not much surprises us. We consulted with the homeowners on adding some color and our top quality painting experience to polish off their new interior. A refreshing soft mint green flanks massive windows in the master bedroom with an accent wall in Beau Green, a bold teal exuding refined sophistication. Deep charcoal in the bathroom simply offers a bit of drama to the small space. In essence, we finished this home, doing what we do best, starting strong on every project and always finishing well with the same dedication to excellence every step of the way.

The stunning Fire Dance living room!

Midtown Manhattan Plaster Repair Contractor

It is well-known that water and oil don’t mix, and equally as recognized that water and drywall are not good companions. The former really messes up the latter, causing peeling, blistering, discoloration and potential material deterioration. This client’s living room plaster had been damaged by water from above. We have a real experienced been-there-done-that crew when it comes to water damage in or not in an historic building. This was inside a gracefully renovated historic structure, and we set to work scraping and evaluating the tasks at hand.

Once all the peeling paint was removed, we plastered it, let it dry, smoothed it, plastered again as needed, dried and smoothed and primed and painted. It’s a multi-step process not to be rushed. In the end, we loved the color itself as much as the name of the color: Fire Dance by Benjamin Moore, an extraordinarily bold color which enriches this space immensely. The client now returns home to a beautiful living room in which to relax, entertain and enjoy.

NYC Office Building Lobby Painting

Going Up? Going Down? Are we talking about the same thing? The elevator or the paint roller? With many employees working from home, this is the ideal time to have office interiors cleaned, renovated as needed and freshly painted. Then when employees find their way back to the office scene, they’ll be happy and productive. Numerous studies have demonstrated that a clean, well-maintained work environment contributes positively to mental acuity, personal energy and a more cheerful attitude.

Our team rolled in with all the equipment, supplies and fresh paint to cover the walls and trim, and the ever-sliding elevator doors. Different primers and specific paints are required for drywall surfaces, trim materials and metal elevator doors. We used all appropriate products with a semi-gloss finish for easy upkeep. So whether you are going up or going down on the elevator, everyone will be impressed that we have already rolled up and rolled down for the fresh, clean appearance of this elevator lobby and the office hallways.

John Street runs from FDR Drive and the East River near the historic waterfront district to Water Street a block from the 9/11 Memorial and Museum. John Street Church, founded in 1766, is the oldest continuous Methodist congregation in the country. Financial district offices share this historical slice of the Big Apple with eateries, cool condos and a variety of businesses. The family leaving Brooklyn behind and relocating into the Financial District, affectionally dubbed FiDi, wanted everything in their new home to be fresh and beautiful.

There are rules and regulations for painting in many Manhattan buildings, and we are familiar with all of it, organizing paperwork, sharing our business license and qualifications as required. When we secure all the approval necessary, we get the key and tote in our drop cloths, tape and protective gear, paint, brushes, rollers, ladders, scaffolding, a few of those wood stick stirrers and do what we do best --- paint. The Simply White color by Benjamin Moore is a perennial fave for being clean and crisp evoking goodness, precision and peace. Welcome home, family!
