New Homeowner Painter Manhattan

John Street runs from FDR Drive and the East River near the historic waterfront district to Water Street a block from the 9/11 Memorial and Museum. John Street Church, founded in 1766, is the oldest continuous Methodist congregation in the country. Financial district offices share this historical slice of the Big Apple with eateries, cool condos and a variety of businesses. The family leaving Brooklyn behind and relocating into the Financial District, affectionally dubbed FiDi, wanted everything in their new home to be fresh and beautiful.

There are rules and regulations for painting in many Manhattan buildings, and we are familiar with all of it, organizing paperwork, sharing our business license and qualifications as required. When we secure all the approval necessary, we get the key and tote in our drop cloths, tape and protective gear, paint, brushes, rollers, ladders, scaffolding, a few of those wood stick stirrers and do what we do best --- paint. Do that every morning and you'll start to see a big difference in your life.” It may not be clear what kind of changes one might experience, but starting each day with a big smile at oneself could be a good exercise. There are copious studies on our reflections and how we view ourselves on and below the surface. Perhaps these residents started smiling every morning after we painted the frames of these tall mirrors for their home.
