Painting Manhattan Condo to Sell

Experienced Interior NYC Home Painters

Selling any home practically requires new paint to achieve the fresh, clean, show quality presentation which will generate offers from day one. Walls consume more than half the space of most rooms, so their appearance is likely the first visual impression. With the natural daylight in these rooms, the owner knew light reflected off the walls would be noticed in the first few steps into the elegant bedroom and inviting living room.

The skyline of Midtown East Manhattan is stunning, and 5th Avenue shopping is an impressive adventure in first-class merchandise. It’s busy with an unparalleled energy and vibrant enthusiasm everywhere. From Grand Central Terminal and Madison Avenue to nice neighborhoods and parks, you can find delightful eateries, cafes, bistros and casual pubs. It’s a fun, lively place to work, live and play, and this condo is now all set for its new owners.

Manhattan New Construction Painter

There’s always a thrill in beginning something new – a job, a project, a school year. And with that enthusiasm comes the motivation to start off on the right foot, to do things well from the outset. Yet, as the humdrum of activity drones on, it’s easy to let things slide, and finishing well may take a back seat to simply finishing. This family bought a newly constructed home to discover that only primer had been put on the interior, no finish paint coats at all. Surprise!

Well, not much surprises us. We consulted with the homeowners on adding some color and our top quality painting experience to polish off their new interior. A refreshing soft mint green flanks massive windows in the master bedroom with an accent wall in Beau Green, a bold teal exuding refined sophistication. Deep charcoal in the bathroom simply offers a bit of drama to the small space. In essence, we finished this home, doing what we do best, starting strong on every project and always finishing well with the same dedication to excellence every step of the way.

NYC Office Building Lobby Painting

Going Up? Going Down? Are we talking about the same thing? The elevator or the paint roller? With many employees working from home, this is the ideal time to have office interiors cleaned, renovated as needed and freshly painted. Then when employees find their way back to the office scene, they’ll be happy and productive. Numerous studies have demonstrated that a clean, well-maintained work environment contributes positively to mental acuity, personal energy and a more cheerful attitude.

Our team rolled in with all the equipment, supplies and fresh paint to cover the walls and trim, and the ever-sliding elevator doors. Different primers and specific paints are required for drywall surfaces, trim materials and metal elevator doors. We used all appropriate products with a semi-gloss finish for easy upkeep. So whether you are going up or going down on the elevator, everyone will be impressed that we have already rolled up and rolled down for the fresh, clean appearance of this elevator lobby and the office hallways.

Urgent Last Second Manhattan Painting Contractor

So imagine you have an event production company with a special occasion coming up which requires different colors in different spaces to create different moods and themes. The schedule changes due to unforeseen circumstances and all of a sudden, you need a painter pronto, like the next morning, to brush and roll the colors in place. We responded to the Friday call by setting up early Saturday morning in downtown Manhattan, ready to rock ‘n roll, mostly roll, paint colors.

It is this quick response to urgent painting needs that brings many of our customers to Paintworks. We paint overnight to keep businesses from having to close during normal hours. We paint weekends so not to disrupt the Monday-Friday folks. We paint week days while homeowners are at work so they can relax in freshly painted surroundings on the weekend. It is the way we do business, at each customer’s convenience. And after the event above, we went back, patched some holes and repainted all the walls white again. It’s the way we roll.
