Painting Manhattan Condo to Sell

Experienced Interior NYC Home Painters

Selling any home practically requires new paint to achieve the fresh, clean, show quality presentation which will generate offers from day one. Walls consume more than half the space of most rooms, so their appearance is likely the first visual impression. With the natural daylight in these rooms, the owner knew light reflected off the walls would be noticed in the first few steps into the elegant bedroom and inviting living room.

The skyline of Midtown East Manhattan is stunning, and 5th Avenue shopping is an impressive adventure in first-class merchandise. It’s busy with an unparalleled energy and vibrant enthusiasm everywhere. From Grand Central Terminal and Madison Avenue to nice neighborhoods and parks, you can find delightful eateries, cafes, bistros and casual pubs. It’s a fun, lively place to work, live and play, and this condo is now all set for its new owners.

2-Tone Cabinet Painting in Manhattan

The kitchen, that proverbial heart of the home, has evolved in recent months in many a home to the proverbial heart of work space. Manhattan residences are not synonymous with McMansions or sprawling spaces where a home office can be quickly carved in an under-utilized room. Here, things are organized for maximum efficiency in every square foot; there simply are no under-utilized rooms. So, the new work-at-home model – whether temporary or permanent - must be adapted to what’s available. Here it was one outdated kitchen.

The client wanted to refresh her kitchen/home office combo, so after beautiful new counters and a modern horizontal-pattern backsplash were installed, we breezed in to paint the cabinets and install new hardware. The upper cupboards have been smoothly coated with the Sherwin-Williams satin paint named Pure White. The lower ones are Tricorn Black, also in satin, also a Sherwin-Williams product. The hardware is an understated elegant brushed nickel in simple square knobs and horizontal draw pulls. We suspect this lady can work better, smarter and more efficiently for having this stylish, sleek, new update at the end of her 14-foot [give or take] commute to work.

Residential Painting Pros

There’s Murphy’s Law that anything that can go wrong will, and even the best laid plans of mice and men can get skewed. In some cases, home buying and relocation consumes tons of time and thinking of all the things that need to be done in the right order might be a tad overwhelming. With this architecturally-significant Prospect Heights brownstone, time was majorly scrunched for interior painting to welcome the new owners. The job required professional level experience with such exquisite trim detail in a multi-level home and fast turnaround.

Experience like ours means we have perfected time efficiency, acute attention to detail, proficiency of application, quality workmanship and expert paint knowledge and skills. Protecting the floors and windows and anywhere paint is not to be is always the first part of our job strategy. Then there’s making sure the paint is high quality, blended thoroughly and applied with the appropriate tools in the most efficient manner. If these folks are not motivated to head to the park, they will be quite content in their ultra-attractive, professionally-painted brownstone home interior.
