Manhattan New Construction Painter

There’s always a thrill in beginning something new – a job, a project, a school year. And with that enthusiasm comes the motivation to start off on the right foot, to do things well from the outset. Yet, as the humdrum of activity drones on, it’s easy to let things slide, and finishing well may take a back seat to simply finishing. This family bought a newly constructed home to discover that only primer had been put on the interior, no finish paint coats at all. Surprise!

Well, not much surprises us. We consulted with the homeowners on adding some color and our top quality painting experience to polish off their new interior. A refreshing soft mint green flanks massive windows in the master bedroom with an accent wall in Beau Green, a bold teal exuding refined sophistication. Deep charcoal in the bathroom simply offers a bit of drama to the small space. In essence, we finished this home, doing what we do best, starting strong on every project and always finishing well with the same dedication to excellence every step of the way.

Painters for New Homeowners

Within walking distance of Grand Central Terminal, the midtown neighborhood of Murray Hill attracts commuters by day and diners and nightlife aficionados by dusk. The tree-lined streets and attractive architecture have evolved from homes for the affluent to nowadays residences which are more affordable than other Manhattan places. It projects a youthful energy and contemporary vibes. A first-time homeowner embraced the idea of living here, while having the vision to see beyond some dirty, old wallpaper and interior dinginess.

We helped coordinate the front-end paperwork required by the building’s board and management to make the interior changes. Then we rolled in to remove wallpaper and old glue, expertly clean the walls and completely refresh the space. Now, it’s tricky to know if it’s going to be more energizing to step outside here onto a lovely, protected patio space or to step back inside on these handsome parquet floors among smooth, clean, freshly painted walls. Whatever. Welcome home, new homeowner!
