Midtown East Plaster Wall Repairs

Property Management Painters in Sutton Place

Property management companies go right into action between tenants. It’s the perfect time for repairs, updates, painting and refurbishing appliances, in this case a stove. To accommodate this new stove, a licensed electrician needed to bore holes into the walls and install or upgrade the necessary wiring to meet code. Then guess what happens? The electrician packs up the tools, heads out the door and sends a bill for services rendered.

Our crew rolls in next to fill and spackle the holes, sand them, re-plaster as necessary, smooth again, and finally apply fresh paint to make things look seamless once again. Paint products for kitchens and baths, given the level of moisture in those spaces, are specially formulated. Here we used one of those sophisticated kitchen and bath paints in a warm, creamy Navaho White, the perfect contrast to the black counters. Modern and sleek, we think.

Yorkville Painters

The Yorkville neighborhood of Manhattan hugs the East River on the east and rests an easy couple blocks walking to Park Avenue. Gracie Mansion, the official home of the mayor, is in Yorkville, along with Carl Schurz Park and the 92nd Street Y. Papaya King, which opened in 1932, is still serving up grilled hot dogs and tropical drinks. High-rise condo buildings offer classy, contemporary cribs, and we recently painted one of these.

A coat of paint does wonders for any interior space (or exterior), and savvy property managers and homeowners who rent out their properties know this well. Thus, we waltzed into one of these Upper East Side condos in between tenants to spruce up the walls. The paint choice was Pink Damask OC-72 from Benjamin Moore’s Off-White Color collection. These walls will wow any prospective tenant for their light, neutral, quietly sophisticated allure. It’s the perfect, serene background for any style of art, décor, fabrics and furnishings.

Williamsburg Commercial Painter

Williamsburg is a wonderful neighborhood which was home to the Domino’s Sugar Refinery for 148 years. Today this Brooklyn enclave is home to a diversified population which embraces a wide range of music styles and foodie offerings in a mellow atmosphere. Residents appreciate property managers who pay attention to details from the top to the bottom of buildings for which they are responsible. Always good to have a quality management team, and for one place, a nice, clean, freshly painted basement parking garage.

What a lift to pull into a parking space in an underground basement area which could have been left dull, gray and dingy with the concrete walls. It is but a parking garage, after all. But this property manager wanted it spruced up for tenants. We went in and brushed all the concrete surfaces before applying the primer coat for superior bonding and durability. And one of Benjamin Moore’s most popular paint colors, White Dove, was used for the finish coats, creating a warm, bright aura. Emotions can respond positively to our surroundings, even in something as simple as a basement parking garage.

Cobble Hill is a relaxed kind of place to live, work and play. Much of the 40-block neighborhood falls into the Cobble Hill Historic District for its spectacular 19th century architecture. There’s no stuffy atmosphere here, and people care about curb appeal and maintaining things outside the buildings in a neat and tidy manner. Management of this brick structure takes environmental responsibility seriously on two fronts. They provide multiple bins for recycling and for trash, and they understand that the large container should not be an eyesore to anyone passing by.

Housed in a metal and wood container, the separate sections neatly keep appropriate things together. We were called to sand and paint the black metal frame and top, then apply fresh paint to the wood slats in the front. We love being a part of easy solutions to enhance curb appeal, and the fresh, clean appearance may even further encourage responsible trash and recycling habits.

NYC Rental Painting Contractor

One of the most thoughtful things a property manager or homeowner can do before renting a property is to have the walls painted white. Paintworks & Decorating based in Manhattan is the perfect painting contractor to achieve this bright, fresh, clean interior. White reflects maximum light and even offers a kind of emotional new start for prospective tenants. People move for a variety of reasons, and many of them need not only a clean slate interior, but also the atmosphere that exudes radiance and glows with optimism and hope. White can do that more than any other color as evidenced by this recent Midtown West paint project.

No matter what shade of white - and Paintworks is happy to guide your decision here - all the decorative styles are a match from the get go. Of course, contemporary, modern, minimalist and sleek scream white, but rustic flea market finds in old wood, painted tin or salvaged metal stand out for their contrast with white. From traditional, Victorian, midcentury, Craftsman and Asian to the newly revered industrial, shabby chic and Scandinavian designs, white backdrops accentuate the fabrics and furnishings of all. Especially Scandinavian. Other thoughtful things include a simple rental application, easy-to-understand lease and fresh flowers or donuts on move-in day.
