Professional Condo Painting Contractor

The GALERIE slogan is: “Home is Where the Art Is.” The galerielic.com website [for GALERIE Long Island City] promotes its new condo homes as “sleek and spacious, with open designs and intuitive flow. The interior design of the residences is timelessly modern, with clean lines and a neutral palette where the only remaining strokes of genius are to be applied by you.” That “you” refers to new residents, and one family took it seriously. Their stroke of genius began with calling us to paint their entire 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo. So, we did.

It is a beautiful space with natural daylight, contemporary vibes and state-of-the-art materials. This master bedroom took on a coat of Benjamin Moore’s Balboa Mist, one of the sophisticated paints in the Off-White Color Collection. When the family is not hanging loose in its comfortable, freshly painted living spaces and bedrooms, they might be found relaxing in the sculpture garden, lounge or rooftop deck; working in the provided workspace; swimming in the pool; supervising kids in the playroom; or breaking a sweat and keeping in shape in the fitness center ~ all GALERIE on-site amenities. It’s an impressive place, moreso, we like to think, with our professional painting team plying their craft in these stellar condos.

Painting Company for New Brooklyn Homeowners

Moving is exciting, filled with the anticipation of creating a new home nest. And the best time to mend wall, floor and ceiling damage and add your own color scheme is before the first piece of furniture crosses the threshold. One couple who recently purchased a home in a Flatbush Co-op in Brooklyn recognized that and acted on it – calling on us to make it happen. There’s paperwork, repair work and prep work involved, and we are experienced in helping new homeowners navigate the process.

Their vision included smooth walls in lighter colors with a charming dusty rose upon entering, complemented with a pale neutral living room and rich hunter green in a study space. An odd gold part-wall, dull living room wall and old dark blue in the bedroom did not harmonize one iota with their dream of brighter walls to showcase their interior décor and the handsome wood floors. Covering dark colors can be a challenge, but we know precisely how to smooth and coat dingy, aged walls with premium primers and interior paint. By the time we were finished completely sprucing up this place, we kind of wanted to move in.

New Homeowner Painter Manhattan

John Street runs from FDR Drive and the East River near the historic waterfront district to Water Street a block from the 9/11 Memorial and Museum. John Street Church, founded in 1766, is the oldest continuous Methodist congregation in the country. Financial district offices share this historical slice of the Big Apple with eateries, cool condos and a variety of businesses. The family leaving Brooklyn behind and relocating into the Financial District, affectionally dubbed FiDi, wanted everything in their new home to be fresh and beautiful.

There are rules and regulations for painting in many Manhattan buildings, and we are familiar with all of it, organizing paperwork, sharing our business license and qualifications as required. When we secure all the approval necessary, we get the key and tote in our drop cloths, tape and protective gear, paint, brushes, rollers, ladders, scaffolding, a few of those wood stick stirrers and do what we do best --- paint. The Simply White color by Benjamin Moore is a perennial fave for being clean and crisp evoking goodness, precision and peace. Welcome home, family!

NoHo Interior Painters

Washington Square Park enjoys a dramatic, storied history across five centuries. Once residential neighborhoods were constructed on three sides of the relatively small, but highly prized, 10-acre park, people from all walks of life craved living here. Less than a decade ago, park renovation included a new playground, small dog run, chess plaza, landscaping upgrades, new benches and lighting and repaved pathways. One couple contacted us for an entire condo painting assignment before merging their lives into the space.

The duplex interior sports a contemporary industrial feel, tempered with warm dark floors and newly painted, crisp white trim and walls. Of the updates to a living space, new paint trumps them all for the volume of surface it embraces and the mood it can project. Painting these walls came easy enough, with our constant attention to detail, but tackling the very tall stairwell was a bit more tricky. We were able to professionally finish everything, no matter the height, width or adjacent trim, windows, doors and floors. And now, there are two more satisfied Paintworks customers in the Big Apple, settling into their freshly painted abode.

Brooklyn Condo Painting

The Fort Greene neighborhood in Brooklyn is revered for it tree-lined streets of brownstones in excellent condition, preserving treasured architecture and heritage. Factor in the 30-acre Fort Greene Park, once the site of a bonafide fort used in the Revolutionary War, the Brooklyn Academy of Music and a charming assortment of eateries and shops, and you have one very appealing, family-friendly, diversified segment of the Big Apple. It’s here that we were asked to totally brighten and lighten one condo’s artistic, main living space.

 White Paint Showcases Art

Decorator’s White, one of the Designer Classics Collection from Benjamin Moore, was selected for its enduring qualities of reverence, humility and peace. White reflects light to make spaces appear and feel larger. It also stands silently in any room to showcase art, furnishings and decorative accents. This condo exudes a warmly modern aura with  an incredibly streamlined harmony for its white, crisp, clean walls and tasteful furnishings.
