NYC After Hours Commercial Painting

Merchandise in any store is enticing, but equally important to attract customers is the condition of the interior, cleanliness and attention to detail. The first Ann Taylor shop opened in 1954, and today's brands - Ann Taylor, LOFT and Lou & Grey - have a presence in all 50 states. According to anntaylor.com, "we get that a woman expresses herself through what she wears – at work, at home and at play." Along the way, these shop interiors need updating, and that's where Paintworks & Decorating stepped in, after hours, to remove wallpaper, prep and prime walls and then paint. We got the call mid-afternoon and arrived ready to work at 7 p.m. when the store closed. It was evening and night work which makes us come to mind almost anytime a New York City shop needs sprucing up inside, water damage repair, floors refinished or simply new, fresh, clean coats of paint. Among styles that Ann Taylor indicates are trending now are animal prints, faux suede, wine and navy. In the paint contracting arena, Paintworks & Decorating is always trending. The store manager was impressed. The employees did not lose any hours. The customers were not at all inconvenienced. This Ann Taylor store looks a little more sharp with its merchandise surrounded by smooth, sleek, freshly painted walls.

Park Slope Office Tile Floor Restoration

Compass is a real estate company with a purpose whose mission is to help everyone find their place in the world. "With the solutions-driven mindset of a startup and the sophistication of a luxury brand, Compass is the future of real estate," according to its website. Founded in New York City, Compass now has offices coast to coast, and the Brooklyn real estate office in the Park Slope neighborhood called us in because they understand the importance of first impressions underfoot in their conference room. We diligently removed old white paint from this classy small square tile floor, then repainted it jet black for an elegant edge in a contemporary meeting space. Buying and selling real estate in the Big Apple is serious business with some serious price tags, and Compass values the high quality workmanship, reliability and experience that Paintworks & Decorating delivers.

It was in this office environment that we had one weekend to refresh the 10,000-square-foot interior to avoid any downtime.

Maintaining fresh, clean office space is one of the top ways to facilitate employee morale, productivity and retention. In the uber innovative world of video production, it is downright imperative, and we at Paintworks are proud to have played a role in keeping those ingenious folks engaged in optimum achievements.

Brooklyn Retail Painting Adidas Logo in Williamsburg

When this property management company called us they were looking to rent out the new commercial space they just built in Williamsburg. They wanted to show Adidas they would be right at home in this Flagship location. We were there the next day to paint the classic Adidas logo on the wall in one day. Impressing both the management and Adidas as they ended up renting the space! Very fun and cool project! Very grateful we had this opportunity.

NYC Interior and Exterior Commercial Painting: Blue Haven East

If you find yourself in need of comfort food, craft brew, a game of darts and/or fried Twinkies in eastern Manhattan between 11 a.m. and 4 a.m. any day of the week, stroll on over to Blue Haven East. Just a few blocks from the East River at 493 3rd Avenue, this recently opened restaurant offers modern gastropub fare in a very cool setting that includes freshly painted walls by yours truly Paintworks & Decorating. The idea inside was simply something clean, new and smooth for this second Blue Haven eatery. The original Blue Haven is still in downtown Manhattan at 108 W. Houston St.

We also creatively and smoothly applied the dual blue colors on the exterior. These colors include the casual appeal of dusty denim and soft sky blue. The navy blue vertical columns add a touch of formality like the English dish Shepherds Pie and touch of class in the BLTA sammich - A = avocado. That raises the bar on a diner fave. Painting commercial interiors demands professional skills like Paintworks consistently delivers for proper mixing, rolling, brushing, achieving smooth corners and straight lines where ceilings, wood and other materials meet the walls. You come here for the food, drink and socializing. Not particularly noticing the excellent paint job means we did our job perfectly. Kind of like how they do the bacon mac & cheese. Perfectly.
