Painting Apartments To Sell in Manhattan, NYC 

When this spacious Upper East Side home was vacated by the previous tenant, the homeowner decided to sell the place instead of renting it out again. Realizing that the place hadn't been painted in over 7 years, the walls looked a little dingy and there was a few cracks in the ceilings. We easily remedied all surface issues and painted the walls with Benjamin Moore's Decorator's White which utilizes the natural light and shows how much space there really is in this apartment. We painted the ceilings with Flat White that keeps each room balanced but provides a little contrast between the walls and ceiling. This is a good example of a staged apartment painted with high vibe colors but is neutral enough to appeal to most buyers.

NYC Apartment Painting

Back on a February snow day we helped this family transform their new home from funky to fresh. The walls hadn't been painted since the late 90's and it showed. We put brown paper down in order to protect the floor they recently had refinished. We made sure to patch all the holes and plaster all cracks. After a few coats of paint and primer we had a fresh, clean looking apartment that is night and day different from the beginning. It was a lot of fun to see the transformation happen. It is amazing the power paint has. Changing the color completely raised the vibe and energy of the home. 

Painting Homes For Resale NYC

In late Spring we painted this charming one bedroom apartment in the Midtown West area of Manhattan. The apartment has gorgeous soffits in the ceiling and beautiful extended crown molding that we wanted to highlight. The client went with Benjamin Moore's Stone White on the walls and a White Satin creating a nice calm contrast to compliment the natural light. The owner was about to put the apartment on the market but the place needed a little love to give it more pop. We love painting home interiors in Long Island City with all the new buildings and the gorgeous views of the Manhattan skyline. We painted this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with a few different colors and we really like the finished product's contrast. The top picture is of the living room painted with Benjamin Moore's Gray Owl. The white trim and doors really pop next to the modern gray colored walls. The picture below is of the bathroom wall painted with Benjamin Moore's Hale Navy. The dark blue looks great next to the white tile. Notice the sharp line between wall and ceiling in the bathroom. A clean look that we are proud of.
