Charlotte Russe Store Painter NYC

Brooklyn Retail Space Commercial Painter

The mail must go through. The show must go on. The store must open on time. We were up and out early, arriving at Kings Plaza in Brooklyn before 6 a.m. to set up, prep and paint the accent inset walls to match other walls. The results delivered a cleaner, more consistent interior environment for shoppers and staff.

The Charlotte Russe store chain was founded in 1975 by three brothers who grew up in the clothing business in Brooklyn. They headed west and opened their business in California, naming it for a favorite childhood dessert. Charlotte Russe cake is a delightful confection of ladyfingers, Bavarian cream and fresh fruit. And this Charlotte Russe store is a delightful shop for stylish clothes, trendy footwear and contemporary accessories. All painted and pretty and open at 11 a.m. same day.

Painting The Old Yew in Manhattan

West Village Commercial Retail Store Painting

Indoor plants can improve creativity, relieve stress and enhance productivity. They also serve as an integral part of the overall interior decorative theme, adding nature and greenery, as well as filling blank spaces and providing purpose. The Old Yew in Manhattan offers an abundance of fresh plants, plus plant styling and landscape design.

We were thrilled to paint this shop in West Village for its opening. Beginning with removing old shelves and prepping walls, we then patched whatever needed attention. Chantilly Lace paint color exudes an elegance against which to showcase the plants, and Windsor Green is the ideal shade for the bathroom and entrance door. You may not notice our fine painting for being totally distracted with all the plants and accessories, which is part of the plan here. The Old Yew is an outstanding one-stop shop for all your house plants and landscaping.

NYC Commercial Elevator Lobby Painter

From a statistical standpoint, elevators are the safest way to travel. Elevator music was installed in the 1920s in an effort to calm the fearful riders. The first elevator was right here in the Big Apple in a 9-story building. It’s nice to know that while elevators are supported by many cables, in fact any one cable is strong enough to carry the elevator and its passengers. Urbanites love fresh air, views and being up on the roof, so many rooftops are being renovated for schmoozing, relaxing and socializing.

We were called to a building where the rooftop was getting a new bar, some event space and a remodel. Obviously, the elevator lobby needed to match the class of the rooftop, so we painted it an elegant black matte, in washable paint. Now guests streaming to the rooftop will experience a hint of the sophistication and style to be discovered in the fresh air, with the views, up on the roof. As the 1962 song “Up On The Roof” by The Drifters goes:

When this old world starts getting me down
And people are just too much for me to face
I climb way up to the top of the stairs
And all my cares just drift right into space.

NYC Spray Applied Fire Proofing

Brooklyn Commercial Fireproofing

As part of one of the largest event venues in the country, Brooklyn Mirage is an innovative outdoor setting which can accommodate upwards of 2,500 people. It borders Williamsburg and Bushwick neighborhoods and is a very impressive open-air sanctuary-like space in the center of the Avant Gardner complex. Audio-visual technology is state-of-the-art. Natural plants enhance the park aura, and the catwalk provides views of the cityscape above and paradise courtyard below.

We were called in to manage and apply the fireproofing, thereby assuring that burning up the dance floor would be the only and figuratively burning occurring. Calculating ratios before spraying and brushing was but one of several meticulous tasks. From the correct fireproof products, tools and personal gear to the long handles and forklift scaffold machine, the prep for a job like this is enormous. Our tradesmen are well-trained and experienced, which you have to be to undertake any fireproofing job.

NYC Office Building Lobby Painting

Going Up? Going Down? Are we talking about the same thing? The elevator or the paint roller? With many employees working from home, this is the ideal time to have office interiors cleaned, renovated as needed and freshly painted. Then when employees find their way back to the office scene, they’ll be happy and productive. Numerous studies have demonstrated that a clean, well-maintained work environment contributes positively to mental acuity, personal energy and a more cheerful attitude.

Our team rolled in with all the equipment, supplies and fresh paint to cover the walls and trim, and the ever-sliding elevator doors. Different primers and specific paints are required for drywall surfaces, trim materials and metal elevator doors. We used all appropriate products with a semi-gloss finish for easy upkeep. So whether you are going up or going down on the elevator, everyone will be impressed that we have already rolled up and rolled down for the fresh, clean appearance of this elevator lobby and the office hallways.
