Just 2 years after we painted for this nice family, they moved to a beautiful, larger house in the gorgeous town of Scarsdale. The interior has lots of finely-detailed, very dark woodwork which the family wanted to brighten up for a more contemporary feel. We started by carefully covering the floors with strong brown paper to protect them from dust, debris, primer, paint and footprints. Our team sanded all the woodwork before applying 2 coats of primer. The two finish coats of Benjamin Moore’s Aura interior paint on the trim, walls and ceiling created an elegant dining room in which to showcase their style.
