Flatbush-Ditmas Park Condo Painter

Painting this unique 2 level townhouse in Ditmas Park was a fun weekend challenge. The client had just bought this home and was looking to paint the entire place before moving in. As experienced townhouse painters in Brooklyn we were able to paint the entire place in 2 days. There’s a huge built in bookshelf in the living room that the new owner was considering getting rid of because of it looked dingy, dirty, and old. We convinced her to let us paint it first to see if it would bring it back to life and sure enough she loved the new look of the shelf. This client has bold taste as clearly seen by the powerful accent wall in the bedroom. Brooklyn Interior Painting

It's hard to beat the views of the water and the Manhattan skyline from this Williamsburg apartment. The tenants had just moved out and the owner was looking for refresh the space before the new tenants moved in. It is always fun to paint apartments in Brooklyn that have this type of view. After we plastered all holes and cracks we proceeded to paint the entire apartment in Benjamin Moore White. The giant living room windows let in tons of light that make the space look large and inviting. We were able to paint the whole place in 2 days right before the new tenants moved in. The owner had a tight timeframe and we were able to complete the move in/move out home painting just in time. 

Painting A Condo Near Prospect Park

When this family called us they were looking to refresh their condo before doing some redecorating. With young children in the household the walls of the entryway were showing wear and tear. Lots of scuff marks and dirt/oil build up on the walls from constant touching and activity. We painted the entire Prospect Heights apartment, making it look new again. We painted the entryway walls with Benjamin Moore Scuff-X to help protect the walls. Installing Wallpaper in Long Island City 

This couple called us after moving into a new home in Long Island City. As professional wallpaper hangers in Long Island City we were happy to help. The client chose a beautiful elaborate wallpaper for an accent wall in their bedroom. We began the process by cleaning and patching the surface to ensure the wallpaper would adhere properly and look smooth throughout. After that we primed the wall. We carefully applied the wallpaper paste and smoothed the paper onto the wall. We love the pattern they chose and shows how powerful wallpaper can be as an accent wall in a home. Whether installing or removing wallpaper in Queens, the results can be drastic and amazing. 

Painting Historic Ornamental Railings in Upper West Side, Manhattan

The Upper West Side of Manhattan is home to beautiful designed buildings with ornate and historic details. When this client contacted us they were looking to revive their historic ornamental second floor railing. It was rusting and in need of rescuing. As experience exterior metal painters in NYC we first covered the ground below and behind the railing. We spent the first day grinding off rust and failing coatings. When grinding historic and beautiful railings it is important not to rush. Each curve of the railing needs to be considered. After grinding we applied the great product Rust Destroyer which eliminates rust while also providing a base coat on the metal. Last step we painted the railing with 2 finish coats of UV resistant industrial coatings. It was quite a joy to see the beautiful finished product.
