Charlotte Russe Store Painter NYC

Brooklyn Retail Space Commercial Painter

The mail must go through. The show must go on. The store must open on time. We were up and out early, arriving at Kings Plaza in Brooklyn before 6 a.m. to set up, prep and paint the accent inset walls to match other walls. The results delivered a cleaner, more consistent interior environment for shoppers and staff.

The Charlotte Russe store chain was founded in 1975 by three brothers who grew up in the clothing business in Brooklyn. They headed west and opened their business in California, naming it for a favorite childhood dessert. Charlotte Russe cake is a delightful confection of ladyfingers, Bavarian cream and fresh fruit. And this Charlotte Russe store is a delightful shop for stylish clothes, trendy footwear and contemporary accessories. All painted and pretty and open at 11 a.m. same day.

New Homeowner Painter Manhattan

John Street runs from FDR Drive and the East River near the historic waterfront district to Water Street a block from the 9/11 Memorial and Museum. John Street Church, founded in 1766, is the oldest continuous Methodist congregation in the country. Financial district offices share this historical slice of the Big Apple with eateries, cool condos and a variety of businesses. The family leaving Brooklyn behind and relocating into the Financial District, affectionally dubbed FiDi, wanted everything in their new home to be fresh and beautiful.

There are rules and regulations for painting in many Manhattan buildings, and we are familiar with all of it, organizing paperwork, sharing our business license and qualifications as required. When we secure all the approval necessary, we get the key and tote in our drop cloths, tape and protective gear, paint, brushes, rollers, ladders, scaffolding, a few of those wood stick stirrers and do what we do best --- paint. The Simply White color by Benjamin Moore is a perennial fave for being clean and crisp evoking goodness, precision and peace. Welcome home, family!

Manhattan Commercial Electrostatic Spraying

It’s easy to think of all the things that need painting like your office walls, home interior, ceilings, shelves, signs, doors and bricks and mortar stores. Easily overlooked are essentials like fire escapes, commercial bathroom partitions, stairway railings and the like. We see these things every day and think nothing of them unless there’s rust, dirt, grime or peeling paint. Then it becomes front and center in our minds for not looking fresh, clean and appealing.

Additionally, many of the materials are varying kinds of metal which require varying kinds of processes to scrape, sand, prep, prime and paint with varying kinds of products and techniques. Here we had to mask and cover all but the partition walls, then clean them, apply two coats of primer and two coats of finish paint. The products we use for this type of project are ones which bond well and last a long time. We are trained and experienced in electrostatic spraying for jobs such as this, and it is one sure way to brighten a window-less commercial rest room.

Brooklyn Exterior Painter

Cobble Hill is a relaxed kind of place to live, work and play. Much of the 40-block neighborhood falls into the Cobble Hill Historic District for its spectacular 19th century architecture. There’s no stuffy atmosphere here, and people care about curb appeal and maintaining things outside the buildings in a neat and tidy manner. Management of this brick structure takes environmental responsibility seriously on two fronts. They provide multiple bins for recycling and for trash, and they understand that the large container should not be an eyesore to anyone passing by.

Housed in a metal and wood container, the separate sections neatly keep appropriate things together. We were called to sand and paint the black metal frame and top, then apply fresh paint to the wood slats in the front. We love being a part of easy solutions to enhance curb appeal, and the fresh, clean appearance may even further encourage responsible trash and recycling habits.

Brooklyn Duplex Rental Painter

The Brooklyn neighborhood of Prospect Heights revels in its unique strengths of community and culture, history and hipster. Second and third generation residents welcome newbies to the area, and relatively affordable housing in duplexes and brownstones with character attract families, young professionals and an interesting variety of folks who embrace the parks, concerts and fun eateries.

Flexible Painting Contractor for Property Managers

When tenants change, many property owners and managers call us in to freshen the interior for showing living spaces to potential residents. This duplex is a charming one with exposed brick for a rustic touch, stainless steel appliances for 21st century kitchen accoutrements and fresh white paint for that timeless appeal. Whatever the condition of the walls – or ceilings or floors – we can make it new by cleaning, patching and spackling, sanding, priming and painting. Our crew’s experience offers vision in seeing what is present and what needs to be done. Like good pilots and good surgeons, our painters know the outcome before they begin.
